This is by far the worst company to do maintenance or services. On our aircraft that was under warranty they charged to troubleshoot and couldn't figure out what the problem was and still sent me an invoice. They also went on our plane and did things without authorization or even notifying us. Avoid this company at all costs if you don't want your plane damaged and/or overcharged.
