Terrible company, not only does this company continuously miss deadlines and give false promises but the quality of their work is unacceptable. After 3 attempts to fulfill a simple order of stickers we were left with letters that aren't aligned properly and are peeling off. The customer service was also very unhelpful and dismissive when we tried to complain.
Worst service I have ever received. Staff were the rudest I have ever met. It took 10 days from the first email to get the company seal, and on the day I contacted them requesting delivery from 9 am, they finally sent it at 7 pm. The quality of the seal was also poor, with smudged ink and uneven stamping. I will never use this company again.
