Very bad experience, especially the mardif city centre branch. I had to upload my new documents to do some transactions, it is one month can not do this silly easy process, through app not acceptable, when i went to the branch they said it is under process in another department, please wait another one week, it more than one month to do this simple process.
Had to edit my review, it seems they improved their services and they replied to my request and removed all the extra charges.
Had a very bad experience with FAB credit card department...beware...their hidden charges and so called interest charges are illogical and unreasonable...which they admit too but claim its the bank policy.
