We rent a car for a month the 1st car had battery problems they give us another one in really bad contidion which also fail latter on replacment car was a small, not even an upgrade for their mistake, so better choose another brand

I requested a car two weeks prior to my return to the UAE via email. I exchanged emails asking about rates and car groups, finally confirming a late night reservation for a specific car. I was expecting to arrive, quickly sign necessary paperwork, and be out the door. However, upon arrival, there was no record of my reservation and I had to wait for almost an hour to sort things out. Very disappointing.
We rented a car for a month and the first car had battery problems. They gave us another car, but it was in really bad condition and also failed later on. The replacement car was a small car, not even an upgrade for their mistake. I would recommend choosing another rental car brand.
