I recently used February Bloom to send a gift to my boss. I was really impressed with the service. The website was easy to use and I had a lot of choices for bouquets. The gift were delivered on time and they were even more beautiful than I expected.
The bouquet I ordered was not what I expected. The flowers were not fresh and some of them were already wilted. Very disappointed with the quality of the product.
I had to wait over an hour to get seated even though I had a reservation. The staff was not very helpful or apologetic about the situation. The food was good but the wait time really ruined the experience for me.
