'Raqeeb' whistleblower program, which FTA has launched, does not appear to be helpful. Only automated emails; no further proceedings, results, or outcomes. Some officer's unprofessional attitudes might impact upon the whole system adversely.
If you want to establish your company in Dubai and to get a "Tax Residency Certificate (TRC)", think twice. They don't answer simple questions which the answers are extremely important to me. I went there, I sent emails, I called them, NO ANSWER!!!

The staff was rude and unhelpful. They did not provide any assistance and seemed uninterested in solving issues.
The facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. It was not a pleasant environment to be in.
The wait time was excessive and there was no option for reservations. It was frustrating to have to wait for so long.
The ambiance and decor of the office were lacking. It felt dull and uninviting.
The quality of the services provided was subpar. They did not meet expectations.
Overall, my experience with the Federal Tax Authority was disappointing. I would not recommend their services.
