The worst service ever. The shipment is stuck at the customs at the destination country for a month. Despite all the complaints raised there’s no progress at all. They just keep saying that they’ve updated the information and will contact me shortly but no one ever reached out to me.

I do not know about other people, maybe I am constantly lucky, but they deliver parcels to me faster than the deadline and the delivery providers are adequate. If you are not happy with their service then try the ugly Aramex and you will feel the full power of mediocrity and humiliation in this sector. I have such experience.
