Very unprofessional service managed very unorganised individuals in dubai they delayed the courier multiple times without any reasonable reason will never use the service in the future and will not recommend it. The person who was handling the package was very rude and unhelpful.
What a horrible service for such a big company, this the 3rd time my package gets delayed from your side for no reason, you don't even inform the customer if they agree to change the delivery date, your horrible company just changed the delivery date.
Some of the staff are not friendly, and didn't receive the service as expected, and all they talk about is charges and money...
