Ridiculous behavior from the staff at this store, I purchased a pair of shoes a few months ago and I lost the receipt, my request was very simple just provide me a hard or soft copy of my invoice. Such simple request shouldn’t be that difficult for a luxury brand like Fendi, but they refused to help and were not willing to provide any assistance. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and has definitely reflected negatively on my overall experience with Fendi.
Fendi in MOE is absolutely great! I had a warm welcome and the staff was very calm and helpful. They assisted me in finding the perfect bag and gave me valuable advice on how to take care of it. The store atmosphere was relaxed and it was a pleasure shopping there. The quality of the products is exceptional and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Fendi at MOE.
