I recently visited the spa and I had a good massage experience with Omar the Moroccan massage therapist. He is good and know how to do his work well. Unfortunately he and the spa manager talk behind the customers back which is very unprofessional. Overall, the massage was good but the negative atmosphere created by the staff was disappointing. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fez gents spa center and getting a mani and pedi done by Nilesh, and I have to say it was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and Nilesh made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The mani and pedi were done with precision and attention to detail, leaving my nails looking beautiful. Highly recommend! Rating: 5
