I would give a 0 rating. They do not have decency to speak to customers, as if they are doing a favour on us. The worst customer service I have seen from a reputed bank like FAB. There is a Lady called Sukanya, Linu and person called Nitesh. They are so arrogant and insensitive. I would never deal with the bank

I am sorry to report that the customer service with the Dubai First Bank has been poor. There is an utter disconnect between the bank and the agent. The agent has not clearly conveyed that membership fee would be charged upfront for their credit card. The bank should work on improving its communication and transparency with its customers.

What is this, bank is just making fool to customer.
