I had one of the best Customer service experience with FAB ever. I was dealing with Mr. Mohd.Farooqui, he is the best CS employee at the branch. If you want your work fast &best way possible possible meet Mr. Mohd. Farooqui
Very very bad to call and talk with customer service. I have emergency when I call only computer talking not connect me with costumer server person
I visited FAB branch Ajman, the charges they got for bank statements is much more than other banks ( AED50/month/account)!!! I got the bank statements for 5 months for my 2 accounts and paid AED 250!!!! This is quite much more than any
