I visited this branch for over the counter cash withdrawal. Only two customers waited before me and took more than 25 minutes to get my turn. At 10.36am only 1 counter was active. Staff were polite starting from the security person till counter staff. There is a lot of space for service improvement.
Security staff on reception is amazing and helpful, teller team is sooooo slow and not skilled at all to handle. I hope they improve soon, long time waiting for my turn!
