Little wonder why this FAB BRANCH has very low rating because of the attitude of the staff. Went there to open a bank account as recommended by my colleagues which they said just go there with your emirates ID and they’d activate the account within minutes. Unfortunately the staff of the bank had other plans. I was served by the most unprofessional staff with so much attitude problem. They were so unfriendly and unhelpful.
Pathetic service right from the bank till the customer care center. Never take any credit card or open an account with them. Still the system is very slow here and they are from 1950's you have to waste your time efficiency to get a reply. I
The bank account was auto closed that i opend through application. When i visited the branch from customer support service Amith Kumar handled my case. It was such a smooth process and Amith was very helpful with providing with right information and providing right suggestions. Five stars for Amith.
