Giving one star because of the employee named Alaa Aldamoni. Very unhelpful to clients and he only tried to help us when i start to make drama. How can you let this man work at your company? He’s ruining the company’s reputation. Employees during my visit are not even wearing masks.
It was weird to find out that atm deposit machine is full of cash and I will not be able to deposit any amounts! Specially its a branch atm!!!

I had a terrible experience at FAB Islamic Sharjah branch. The bank employees were not providing any assistance and seemed indifferent about the customers. The service was extremely slow and unorganized. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
