Very, very, very bad. Customer service is bad. No one answers questions. All customers complain about this branch inside the mall. I have a very bad experience. I have a problem and they cannot solve it. This is very strange. I hope from the First Abu Dhabi Bank Center. Improve the service in this center.
Regarding the closure of my loan. They were very unhelpful and gave poor service since the beginning. I feel like my bank is not hearing me and doesn't care about my concerns.
Poor service the customer service guy in counter 3 sitting in not calling the next number while chatting on their phones. To top one them number 3 comes out change the number for one customer give him/her elite token while we are waiting with baby and nobody cares.
