Bad customer service, don't want to help you if the task requires some time as they will tell you that they cannot perform the task. On the other hand dalma mall branch will do the service without complaining.

Too much waiting time, Half of the staff are always missing from the counters. Better to go with other banks if you don't want to waste your time.
