Approached the bank to open an elite account, was served by the rudest and most unprofessional banking staff I have ever seen, a guy called Ibrahim, such rude, arrogant and nervous person, who definitely should not serve in elite, zero customer service, zero customer experience, disgusting attitude. Better stick with my bank.
The staff wearing white robes at the front desk spoke strongly. He is very arrogant and unreasonable.
Mr. Muminjon is an exceptional hard worker and all his effort made is for customer's satisfaction. During my stay in Abu Dhabi, I've never seen a banker calling a customer at 9 pm to discuss a banking process and safety of customer except him. He is a to go person in mortgage. Highly recommends.
