Even though the que is just 2 people the waiting time is simply more . Need to wait in que 15-20 minutes to just attend you. They need to upgrade or speed up their work.
Already 24hrs completed i transfered money through FAB apps to india, still under process, Highly regreting to deal with this bank Very bad experience till date compare to any bank.
I had account in NBAD. The service there was great. Ever since they joined with FGB and became FAB, there was not even a single transaction that ever went smooth. Very poor service. There 4 or 5 customer service counters. But only one of them working with a long que pending. Very dissapointed
