Cozy gym, compere to other gym arround thay are perfect ... they do have group classes and personal trainer if you would like... no traffic or rush hour.. always accessible
The gym is an excellent place to become fit. I love how the people are so hospitable most especially the receptionist. The coaches are good. Best gym in Abu Dhabi indeed.
