This is one of best gym I ever tried…. From Machinery to Trainers everything is excellent… specially my coach Mahmoud is one the best coach I ever met in my life…. He changed my lifestyle upside down….it’s been a month I am training with him and I feel like going to gym every day without any hesitation…..
Not much crowded, but the music is too loud and Spacing between machines is tight, I have many concerns, but maybe the most important ones are the limited number of equipment and the air insufficient conditioning. Moreover Some people come to excercise and they use the equipment for Long time which is really annoying. !
Really good Gym . All equipments are available for exercise. There’s more trainees for you to advise. Can use all equipments without any time limit.
