Fix and Mop did a good job cleaning my sofa and carpet. The cleaning professional was skilled and made an effort to remove the stains. The customer service team was attentive and professional. However, the equipment used was old and flimsy. Upgrading the equipment would improve the overall experience.
Worst experience of my life. Not only they never showed up on schedule or came 2-3 hrs after the appointment. The guy handling the phone is rude. The employees asked for tips. They broke my curtain and couldn’t fix it after. Over expensive and bad quality of service. If I can put ZERO starts, I would.
Carpet and sofa cleaning was done very well including the sofa’ s throw pillows the staff was very polite as well. Our sofa and carpet looks brand new! Good job.
