From the time I arrived at the showroom,the service was professional, friendly and transparent. Based on my measurements, an initial quote was provided on the spot.I was visited the same afternoon and received the final quote ,which was very reasonable. The installation was completed within a week and I am extremely happy with the finished product.
After 6 months, the floor started to deform in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. I called them back and, at first, they told me they can’t do anything. The argument was that in the kitchen, water leaks made the damage. The ground was supposed to be resistant to water damage. After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to send someone to inspect the issue. The person who came indeed confirmed that the floor was defective. They agreed to replace the affected areas, but it took them another month to do it. Overall, I was not satisfied with their customer service and the quality of the product.
From start to finish Floor Expo were great! Communications in the beginning, choosing colors, measuring, and installation. They were punctual, fast, and tidy and the quality and finish are more than I expected. Thank you!.
