Their response time was excellent, and I would give them a 5 for it. They were patient to answer my queries, though they misunderstood a few messages of mine that caused some delay, and I would overlook that for their service and the overall experience.
Ordered flowers for women's day on March 8 and pink balloons. The flowers came not fresh, some of the flowers were dry and tired. The staff mixed up the balloons and sent brown and yellow ones.
We ordered the Pink Perfection Hatbox standard with a free upgrade to large. It was such a deal and the flowers came out really stunning when we received it. Prior to delivery I asked the timing and they were very accommodating they sent me the tracking of the flowers in real time.
