Visited this place at around 10 pm. Tried their famous mango ice cream. It was supposed to come with mango slices, but we were told that the slices are just for images in the menu. So we had to do just with the ice cream. It was not sweet.
This branch is one of the least appealing ones of Freez I've been to. The kiosk is small and untidy. There isn't a lot of place to sit except for two small tables which weren't even wiped clean. You get an 'unhygienic' vibe from the complex.
Staff like she doesn't care playing with the phone! Everytime I would like to order something it's fininsh even if it's in early morning or afternoon, overall I don't like the service before they were better when the tall Indian guy was there, he was welcoming.
