Overall Experience: The overall experience with Fujairah Culture & Media Authority was not satisfactory. They have a tendency to change the rules and regulations frequently. My personal experience of cancelling my visa and moving to my husband's visa while still being the owner was not handled well by the authority. The customer service and staff were rude and unhelpful. The facilities and amenities were average. The ambiance and decor of the place was satisfactory. The initial impression and atmosphere was not welcoming. The wait time for any services or assistance was quite long.Overall, I would not recommend this authority for issuing licenses under Creative City.
