There were two Filipino ladies at the reception who are not friendly. I requested them to speak slowly while i was giving assessment, but they directly told me that they can't do it consequently they don't have good customer service and also they don’t know how to talk with customer. It was bad experience with them.

I like this place for printing and business purpose, i finished my papers and other things to comply but if you're looking for a quite place like a library this place is not for you, its noisy bcuz its in the mall area, also a lot of customer coming for print, expect it not a quite area. Thanks.

Ms Marinelle of Burjuman mall branch was very accommodating. She is flexible and i am well satisfied by her seevice. I am in the internet for hours and i observed her multi task work experience. She is alone and yet she can handle all.
