Went to print some colour copies. Fine… apart one page that had a 3 line sentence with no colour. I tried to object why they charged me same price as a color copy…. The answer “because it’s printed out from the colour printer machine”

I called the branch after waiting 3 hours for a delivery and the attitude of the staff was poor and unhelpful…. The gentleman sited the rain etc BUT I had received 3 other orders from the delivery company they use from other vendors. Dreadful in every aspect of transaction.
