I don't want even give a 1 star rating for your outlet but i have too for a rating of a VERY VERY BAD SERVICE i have experienced. As a mother, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service provided by the sales staff. The staffs are not polite at all and sometimes they literally disappear from the store. They also take a very long time to attend to customers. The overall service is very poor and I will definitely not be returning to this store again.

Just bought the ROG Ally from one of the best sales person I've met. Been buying and selling my consoles here, and will continue to do so in the future. Great service as always!

Very very poor service during my check out. I was even given a wrong receipt after my payment. Luckily I checked after I walked out of the store! Imagine there is issues with the 2 games I bought and I wouldn’t even have the correct receipt to show proof of purchase. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I hope the store can improve their service in the future.
