My car is total loss. They would give a new car but it must be the same. At the end the car was not available they issued for me a voucher to be used within 3 months and only to use it against any car from Alfutaim only so it is useless for me.
They promise you 5 years agency repaid when the 4th year comes up they double up the previous years price even if there's no accidents.
Poor after-sales services, not responding to emails and phone calls.
The experience was terrible. The staff was unhelpful and rude. The wait time was extremely long and the quality of their products and services was very poor. Overall, it was a complete waste of money.
