This is a great service, with very friendly employees. My laptop, manufactured by MSI, stopped turning on. The employee just checked the cable with his multimeter and found out that my power cable was not working. I tried to charge the laptop from other sources like computers, phone chargers, power banks, and different power outlets, but nothing worked. I was worried that it might be a problem with the laptop itself, but thankfully it was just a faulty power cable. The employee replaced it with a new one and my laptop started working again. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Geeks.
