Bad service, the cashier told me i can exchange the e-juice as long as i have the receipt, but when i went to exchange they are asking for 10aed more and saying that i used the juice already even though they gave me the same juice they used
I bought a mug from Gift Garden and it arrived broken. I contacted customer service and they were very unhelpful. They refused to refund or replace the mug and blamed me for the damage. Terrible experience!
