I am happy to give Jan Sicat 5 stars for his service who has the knowledge and resolved the Issue very fast. Few minutes before I could get in touch with Jan, I called the same company and the representative was unable to resolve the issue and it had always been difficult experience when I am dealing with the representatives. Jan was professional and understood the problem. He resolved the issue immediately and helped me out.
I have canceled my insurance for 3 vehicles I sold and have been waiting for GIG to issue a refund on the balance of the insurance for close to 2 months. The amount that should be refunded once an insurance is canceled is effectively stolen by GIG. Their customer service representatives repeatedly give false information and false timelines on when the refund will be issued. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers.
