Giordano reviews
Being a regular customer to Gordiano, I visited the showroom in Madina Mall at 9.45 pm wanted to buy some clothes and with me there were few other customers also inside the showroom. The sales person in the showroom was very rude and did not bother to assist any of the customers. He was constantly on his phone and ignoring everyone. The service was extremely poor and disappointing.
Worst service by the staff. I was about to take 6 shirts but the staff doesn’t allow me to try the shirts as he wants to close the show room within 10 minutes. The staff was rude and not accommodating at all. I will not be returning to Giordano due to this poor service.
Amazing service by sales staff named Danyal, Arvin, and Hamdan. They were very helpful and friendly. I always like to go to this shop because of their excellent customer service.
