Best place to book the genting highland bus tickets. Easy to find this place, if unable just ask someone. (It's underground) not where you buy train tickets.

I recommend buying tickets in advance as the early buses to Genting sell out quickly (if you want to do a day trip). I had a really hard time finding the bus area. You need to go outside on the mall side of KL Sentral and down an escalator.
