My home since Oct 2018. Good build quality with many facilities, like Separate gym for men and women, swimming pool, big parking spaces, Bicycle track behind the building.

This building is blacklisted by Ajman municipality for not having FEWA connection, so tenancy contracts will not get attested . Without attested contracts, it’s not possible to sponsor visa, etc (This information was not given by the building).

Often power failures yet sky high electricity bills (its always 1500++) and the management keeps posting random posts at the elevator in spite of having no shame for providing ridiculous services.
