It is fantastic because of the equipments and the environment at gym which keeps me motivated and also the trainer (Miss Nagma) is superb, she explains every single exercise with ease and she is very welcoming. In my opinion she is the best trainer at the gym, she will give you the time and the vision of the goals that we aim for.
