Miscommunication at first, had some issues, but were fixed as we went on. Muhannad tried to give us a great experience at the end, and really did it. He solved the problems and gave me a beautiful car in good conditions for the rest of my stay. I looking forward to rent a car again.
Tarek was extremely helpful, clear with the rental instructions and replied very promptly and friendly with all my queries. The Mercedes AMG GTR I rented was in superb condition and it was a blast to drive. Definitely recommend Grand Royal Car Rental for a great time in Dubai for petrol heads!
