The newly open near to anshar mall.. The young arabic guy.. Was standing at the door by holding cigarettes.. When i reached there with my electric scooty he asked me lighter by sign language.. I said i dont have ans i asked may i take my cigarette to build the scooter.. He take it and thenhe build the cigarette then after thanh leave it to make me feel difficult to take. I said is it build now he ask me lighter.. He is fine in every think but he is spinner by using the cigarette build
