Worst shop they r not picking the call when we customer call for something urgent I. I want to sell my camera and the bill is missing I tried to contact them 6 day they don't answer. They just want to buy there products after that no service,????????????????????????????
Staff definitely needs to be trained more on dealing with customers the right way. They seem like, they really are not interested in helping the customer out . Also they need to be a little bit more flexible with their policies in case they want to retain customers.
