Mr Vitality Dzubyik (Real Estate agent) working in Gravity refused me to share the mobile number of the owner upon my request. Informed me that owner doesn't want to share his mobile number. Additionally, when I decided to vacate the property, they deducted 4 months rent as a penalty. I was not informed about such penalty before signing the contract. This was very disappointing and I would not recommend working with Gravity Real Estate based on my negative experience.
