Sadly to share very bad experience , we book flat in January , just this week contract is ready (6 month later) and land department registration might take god knows how long , when I wanted to meet the MD to discuss this issue - reception does not take appointments and keeps on saying they will inform MD , who (I’m quoting them) is very busy man and busy with even busier people , that’s why clients are not part of his ‘showtime’ and he can not meet before couple of weeks, they breach contract but they made no effort to fix their issue or keep us happy , do not trust them!
DO NOT TRUST THEM! They are the most unreliable, incompetent and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They have not solved the very big issues in my apartment that should’ve been done during the liability period when it was first handed over to me. It has now been over a year and they still have not fixed anything! Their customer service is terrible, they do not respond to emails or phone calls and when they do they are very rude. I have never come across such a terrible company and I would not recommend them to anyone. Stay away!
If you manage to get them on the phone you are lucky! Then if you manage to get something as simple as a plan of your house you are very lucky... i have never seen such a poor customer service from a developer. The staff cannot provide simple guidance and refuse to link you to their managers, giving a very bad image of the business!

And now I have no idea how long it will take to register with the land department. When I tried to meet with the managing director to discuss this issue, the receptionist refused to make an appointment and said that he is too busy to meet with clients. The staff was not helpful at all and did not make any effort to fix the issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
