Horrible experience! I ordered seasonal flowers from this company twice more expensive than if I would buy it from a local shop. But i needed to add something to my order to avail the offer of a free gift. I ordered some additional plants as well. Despite adding them to my order, I did not receive the free gift. When I contacted customer service, they were unresponsive and did not offer a solution. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
