Excellent program for young girls, they make them train 2 hours in a row with different tracks and different teachers who focus on each student and manage to keep them engaged focused on the workout. Very professional, and my kids are learning fast.
I wouldn't recommend for young children under 7. Teachers are harsh and serious on younger kids.
