I am very disappointed with hamlets toys quality. I had very bad experience with them. From my experience they charge too much and don’t give quality in product. Kids usually end up breaking after single play.i purchased this from dubai mall and very disappointed as my son became sad after the toy break.

We like your collections and kids love the place. Had a bad experience today. You are running this carnival games for kids and I was informed by your cash counter team to use the coupon. I went to one of the carnival kiosk and waited for 5 minutes, no other staff came then inform a man and then again waited for 5 minutes. Man was least interested in explaining the game properly or giving us help. I couldn't participate after few attempts, due to which my kids were obviously not happy. I went to cash counter to share my disappointment, staff said sorry and told me will inform the manager. Will not come for carnival again.
