They are super slow with their service, do not respond in time. If you give black clothes they have iron marks.
Always late and always the same inconvenience. I have to keep following up every hour on both picking up and delivery. Please just tell me if you can’t come instead of keeping me awake till late night waiting for nothing.
third time i request them to collect early morning and i come back home at 8PM and still not collected. they promise to bring it same night and i wake up in the morning and nothing is done and i call them they are all a sleep at 7:45 when they r suppose to open at 8. useless
