I like the service on Samsung Service Center in Nasser Square. The whole staff is very polite, especially Mr. Melvin. He is very knowledgeable on each product and he is very helpful for each customer. Very good customer service he has. I will give him 5 stars.
Went for service, takes longer than required, tracking service is not existent, the Arab guy on the service counter got the wrong attitude but job well done.
