I am having such a great experience at Thapalboomi for my 300hrs teacher training. I have been very lucky to have stayed for a month, and everyone has been very welcoming, and provided such a fantastic bespoke experience. I say experience, as this has not been just training. I have been made to feel like part of the Hatha Vidya family.
My first experience with yoga is exactly her in Hatha Vidya Yoga Class and I am so happy and grateful to be here and to have great teacher Deepa.
