AC in the building can't keep up during the summer. 80% humidity inside the apartments (hallway AC works great though ????). When raising a service request Nshama claims they have installed "green air-conditioning" and there is nothing more that can be done - the amount I pay for AC fees aren't "green" though $$$ …
Heads up - Nshama will block your building, parking, and shuttle access cards if the owner is late on service fees (everything is managed through a CRM). They'll tell you to find a security guard and ask to be let in every time you want to enter your own building until the owner pays up.
