Its a very bad band. I have rda account with them and i send money from them. I did not send the money as its not received by cdc and hbl told it technical issue from there IT team. Its been more than 4 days they cannot able to solve the issue. Its very very poor. I am thinking to close the account with them.
Rate is best but timing is till 2 pm only. Closed on Fridays Only one person at customer service. Sometimes you have to wait bit longer. They ask for emirates ID each time you visit. I don't know why? Do they fear someone will steal it?
Great banking experience in Abu Dhabi. Mr Abrar in customer services is always makes things easy to process. Easy and quick remittances to pakistan are processed free of cost*. Just witnessed violation of system when a guy approached operation manager breaking cue leaving others waiting outside the branch.
